AccuSchedule Module

The AccuScheduler Appointment Scheduling / Medical Scheduling Software Program is an integrated scheduling, patient tracking and charge entry system. The user can customize the AccuScheduler Medical Scheduling Software Program to the unique requirements of the practice (i.e. hours of the day, days of the week, appointments per time slot, vacation schedules, repeating appointments, appointment lengths, etc.). Appointments that are kept in the AccuScheduler Appointment Scheduling / Medical Scheduling Software Programs Program will automatically become charges for services rendered, making sure all performed services are billed.

Managed Care Tracking

When the Appointment Scheduling / Medical Scheduling Software Program is used in conjunction with the Managed Care Module, the number of authorized visits and referrals are monitored through a seamless link with the Accumedic Medical Practice Management Software Solutions main module. It also tracks information that works with the Electronic Medical Billing Software to help in the collection of co-payments and deductibles.

Appointment Listings- A report of daily appointments by time slot, alphabetical order, doctor, etc.

"No-Show" Tracking - Generation of a list, and/or letters to, patients that have missed appointments.

Integrated Billing - The users can automatically enter charges directly from scheduler for all patients seen.

User Configurable - The user can customize the length of appointment time slots and the doctor's work schedule.

No Limitations - No limits on the number of doctors/providers, locations of service, # of appointments, etc.
